French Pearl



  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Large Mint Leaf
  • 1 Dash Absinthe


  1. Add gin, simple syrup, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake well untill cocktail is cool.
  3. Pour cocktail into a coupe glass, add a dash of absinthe.
  4. Clap the mint leaf and float it on top of the cocktail.
