Grass Jelly Drink



  • 4 oz grass jelly (fresh or canned)
  • 3 oz water or soybean milk
  • simple syrup (sugar and water)
  • crushed ice


  1. Cut the grass jelly into thin strips or chop into small pieces.
  2. Put in a glass and add water and ice.
  3. Sweeten the drink with a simple syrup made from sugar and water.
  4. Note: Soybean milk can be substituted for water.
