Immune Boosting Smoothie



  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 handful spinach
  • 1 piece ginger


  1. Wash and cut the apple, banana and spinach. Then mix them in a blender.
  2. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice, together with the ginger into the blender.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
