Lime Mojito



  • 10 Fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 Limes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Caster sugar
  • 45 milliliters(ml) White rum
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 125 milliliters(ml) Soda water


  1. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a glass.
  2. Crush the mint and lime using a muddler to release the mint oils and lime juice.
  3. Add two more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture.
  4. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice
  5. Pour the rum over the ice and fill the glass with soda water
  6. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge
