Raspberry Caipirinha



  • 2 oz cachaça
  • 1 green lime
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Crushed Ice


  1. Wash the lime and cut the lime into 4 pieces.
  2. Place the pieces in the glass and pour a good tablespoon of sugar. Crush firmly into the glass until the juice is extracted as completely as possible.
  3. Place the raspberry and gently crush them.
  4. Cover the lime-sugar mixture with a good layer of crushed ice.
  5. Add the cachaça.
  6. Serve in an old fashioned glass.
