Zanzibar Ricard



  • 4 Teaspoon Ricard
  • 2 teaspoon coconut liqueur
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine syrup Monin


  1. Pour the Ricard pastis, pineapple juice and coconut liqueur into a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and beat. Pour into a glass.
  3. Add the grenadine syrup and other ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
