- 25 g Rolled oats
- 150 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 75 g blackberries
- 75 g blueberries
- 2 tsp flaxseeds
- Put the oats into the blender and pour in the milk.
- Leave to sit for five minutes.
- Add the honey, blueberries, blackberries and ground flaxseeds and blitz until smooth.
