Blood Orange Champagne Mule

Ingredients

  • 1/2 piece medium blood orange: juiced
  • 1/2 piece lime: juiced
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 8 pieces mint leaves
  • 2 ounces chilled ginger beer
  • chilled champagne for topping

Directions

  1. Combine the blood orange juice, lime juice and vodka in a glass.
  2. Add the ginger beer and top with the champagne.
  3. Garnish with blood orange slices and fresh mint.
  4. Cheers!
