Ingredients

• 1 fluid oz rum
• 1 fluid oz blue Curacao
• 2 fluid oz pineapple juice
• 1 fluid oz cream of coconut
• 1 cup crushed ice
• 1 slice pineapple
• 1 maraschino cherry

Directions

1. Combine rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 1 cup crushed ice in blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into chilled highball glass.
3. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
