Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 oz Coconut Rum
  • 4 oz Apple juice
  • 1 Ginger Ale
  • 1 Apple slice

Directions

  1. Shake apple juice and coconut rum with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with ginger ale.
  3. Stir gently and garnish with apple slices.
