Butter Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh brewed coffee
  • 1–2 tablespoons of coconut or MCT oil
  • 1–2 tablespoons of unsalted butter or ghee
  • Optional sprikle of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Freshly brew the coffee and add to blender.
  2. Add the coconut oil and butter.
  3. Blend for 20–30 seconds until it resembles a foamy latte.
  4. Optionally sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
