Ingredients

• 3 parts Prosecco
• 2 parts Cynar
• 1 part Club Soda
• Ice
• 1 slice Lemon
• Olives

Directions

1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Add Prosecco, Cynar and soda.
3. Stir gently to combine and garnish with the slice of lemon.
4. Add one or two olives for garnish
