Ingredients

  • 2.0 oz light rum
  • 1.0 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Demerara sugar syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Garnish with a lime twist.
