- 1 1⁄2 oz Bols genever
- 1/4 Red chile pepper, seeded and sliced
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz Rich sugar syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part water)
- Muddle the chile in a shaker.
- Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice.
- Shake, and double-strain into a Martini glass.
- Garnish with a red chile pepper.
