- 1 L Red or dry wine
- 1 Medium pineapple
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 2 to 3 cups Crushed ice
- Cut the pineapple in pieces.
- Put all the ingredients, without the ice, in a blender and mix all together.
- Add the ice and mix a bit again.
- Serve in large glasses, and use the pineapple peel as garnish
