Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • 4 big tomatoes
  • 1/2 normal pepper
  • 1 tooth garlic
  • 2 spoons olive oil
  • 30 ml vinegar
  • 250 ml water

Directions

  1. Cut the tomatoes and the pepper.
  2. Triturate all with the mixer.
  3. Cool the gazpacho in the fridge for an hour and serve.
