- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Sugar syrup
- 1/2 oz Egg white
- 1 oz Club soda
- Add the first four ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds.
- Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake very well.
- Double-strain into a chilled fizz glass and top with club soda.
- Blend with ice.
- Serve immediately while still cold.
