La Vie en Rose



  • 3/4 oz Lime juice
  • 1 1⁄2 oz Cointreau
  • 1 1⁄2 oz Cranberry juice
  • 1 cup Champagne


  1. Mix the lime juice, Cointreau, and cranberry juice in a pitcher. Chill, covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Moisten the rim of a glass with water and dip it into a saucer of sugar to coat
  3. Pour the juice mixture into the glasses and add 1/2 cup Champagne to each. Stir once gently. Garnish
