Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz White Rum
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Orange Curaçao
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Dark Rum
  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
  • Pineapple
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the dark rum into a shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain into tall glass.
  3. Add the dark rum, pouring gently to 'float' it on top of the drink.
  4. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
