Mango Lassi



  • 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1.5 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Fresh or canned Mango pulp
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom seeds


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add sugar to taste.
  3. Garnish with a pinch of ground cardamom seeds.
  4. A few extra ice cubes may be added when serving.
