- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1.5 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 cup Fresh or canned Mango pulp
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom seeds
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Garnish with a pinch of ground cardamom seeds.
- A few extra ice cubes may be added when serving.
