Mango Mastani



  • 3 cup chopped mangoes
  • 375 ml full cream chilled milk
  • 0.75 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 chopped pistachios
  • 2 chopped cashews
  • 2 chopped almonds
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 glazed cherry
  • 1 ice cube


  1. Blend the chopped mangoes. Keep a few pieces aside for topping the mastani.
  2. Add a tablespoon of sugar and a cup of full cream milk.
  3. Blend to a smooth thick milkshake.
  4. Pour this thick mango milkshake in a glass, leaving enough space at the top for ice cream scoops.
  5. Place one or two vanilla or mango ice cream scoops.
  6. Top with the dry fruits and chopped mangoes. Garnish with the glazed cherries.
  7. Serve mango mastani immediately with a spoon as well as a straw.
