Nimbu Pani



  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 glasses Chilled water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Chat masala
  • few Mint Leaves


  1. Pour water in a vessel.
  2. Slice the lemon and squeeze the juice with the squeezer or your hand into water. Discard the seed.
  3. Add sugar, cumin powder, chat masala, mint leaves and ice cubes.
  4. Mix all until sugar dissolves.
  5. Pour into tall glasses and add lemon slices if using.
  6. Serve nimbu pani chilled.
