Peach and Thyme Whiskey Smash



  • 2 oz Russell’s Reserve Bourbon
  • 3 Peach Slices
  • 1-2 Thyme Sprigs
  • 4 Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 oz Honey
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice


  1. Combine peach slices, thyme, mint and honey in a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle.
  2. Add ice, lemon juice, and bourbon and shake.
  3. Strain into a glass with ice.
  4. Garnish with peach slices and a thyme spring.
