- 2 oz Russell’s Reserve Bourbon
- 3 Peach Slices
- 1-2 Thyme Sprigs
- 4 Mint Leaves
- 1/2 oz Honey
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- Combine peach slices, thyme, mint and honey in a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle.
- Add ice, lemon juice, and bourbon and shake.
- Strain into a glass with ice.
- Garnish with peach slices and a thyme spring.
