Rosy Gin-Kombucha Cocktail



  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 5 ounces original kombucha, chilled
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


  1. Stir gin, Campari, lemon juice, and ginger in a pint glass or measuring cup.
  2. Stir in kombucha.
  3. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into an ice-filled Collins glass.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedges.
