- 7 oz Hard Cider
- 8 oz Your choice of Stout or Lager
- 1 oz Black Currant Syrup
- Pour the hard cider into a tall pint glass.
- Slowly add the stout or lager of choice.
- If done correctly, there should be a separation between the stout and cider.
- Add currant syrup and serve without a garnish. Enjoy.
